RESA Power Solutions Acquires Dymax: Electrical Testing, Repair, and Engineering Services

San Jose, CA – RESA Power Solutions (“RESA”) announced it has completed the acquisition of DYMAX Service / High Voltage Service (“DYMAX”).  Founded in 1981 and headquartered in St Paul, Minnesota, DYMAX is an accredited company specializing in low, medium, and high voltage electrical testing, repair and engineering services. With five locations spanning Ohio, Michigan, and Minnesota, DYMAX delivers electrical power solutions to thousands of customers throughout the United States.

The acquisition of DYMAX expands RESA’s national footprint and establishes RESA as the market leader in life extension solutions for power distribution equipment.
